Chief Guest Mayu Hgiwara, Director Japan Info Center, Embassy of Japan, delivered a short briefing on Indo-Japanese cultural relations. Guest of Honor Madam Budhiraja,
who is a teacher of Hindi to many Japanese people, recalled her long Association with Japan Foundation. She quoted "A language gives food to mind". She was associated with Japan Embassy since 1980. Shown her interest in teaching English and Music as well. She told briefly about `16 arts of India'. Talking about Ms Hiraoka, who according to her, is her student and friend as well. From 40 year Hiraoka ji is working on river Ganga. She stayed at Ganga and studied Ganga. She recalled her meetings with Emperor of Japan in 1960 and 2013.
